STORY: 1st articulated light rail train customized for Mexico City rolls off assembly line in China's Hunan DATELINE: Sept. 11, 2023 LENGTH: 00:01:07 LOCATION: ZHUZHOU, China CATEGORY: ECONOMY SHOTLIST: 1. various of China-made light rail train STORYLINE: The first articulated light rail train customized by CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd. for Mexico City rolled off the assembly line on Saturday in Zhuzhou, central China's Hunan Province. To accommodate the winding city roads and passenger flow of Mexico City, the train was designed with an articulated bogie. The train has a minimum turning radius of 25 meters and a maximum turning radius of 250 meters. It can also be flexibly marshaled with two to four carriages and is capable of carrying 876 people.
